that was top quality hotel set in pretty nice area, short walk to restaurants. enjoyed our room, it was extremely spacious and absolutely perfect and had an electric kettle, a fridge, and an electronic key card.

The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and capable, and its great location near Southover Grange Gardens was a real plus.

We stayed in a superior room that came with an electronic key card, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk. the breakfast offered a great variety, and the food was absolutely delicious. 🍽️.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy decor of the hotel. It made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself.

I would have loved to have more assistance from the staff, especially the younger ones.

The spa facilities were well-equipped, with saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs. The breakfast buffet was delightful, with a great variety of food and a good drinks menu. The hotel's location was also convenient.

Spending my Christmas holidays in this hotel was a great decision. the breakfast was really good, I especially enjoyed the croissants and pastries. the location was perfect, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. the room was also quite spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Another advantage was the spa, with many saunas and massages available.

There were a few things that could have been better. First, the temperature in the room was too high, and the air circulation was not the best.

The spa facilities were top-notch and the food and drink were absolutely delicious. The breakfast spread was amazing and the cocktails were superb. We especially loved the beach area and were lucky enough to enjoy the outdoor pool on warmer days.

The hotel's ski-to-door access and seasonal outdoor pool were also fantastic features, offering additional options for recreation and enjoyment. I especially loved the spa, which was equipped with a sauna, spa tub, steam room, and Turkish bath/hammam. The variety of treatment therapies, including aromatherapy and hydrotherapy, further enhanced the wellness offerings of this incredible hotel. I would highly recommend a stay at Hotel Kotarz Spa&Wellness.
